In 2022, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 11.4% compared to 2021, reaching 62.

Lithuania ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 45.1% (from 113 in 2017).
