In 2024, Lithuania's children (aged less than 18) at risk of poverty or social exclusion increased by 5.1% compared to 2023, reaching 68.4.

Lithuania accounts for 94.2% of the EU-27 total of 72.6.

Lithuania ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 11.6% (from 77.4 in 2019).
