In 2017, Lithuania's share of total population living in a dwelling with a leaking roof, damp walls, floors or foundation, or rot in window frames of floor decreased by 13.7% compared to 2016, reaching 15.7.

Lithuania ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 10.8% (from 17.6 in 2012).
