In 2024, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 4.7% compared to 2023, reaching 691.

Lithuania ranks 24th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 57.9% (from 1,641 in 2019).
