In 2023, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 10.7% compared to 2022, reaching 725.

Lithuania ranks 24th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 63.4% (from 1,983 in 2018).
