Lithuania accounts for 59.5% of the EU-27 total of 41.0.

Lithuania ranks 19th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 20.5% (from 30.7 in 2016).
