At-risk-of-poverty threshold - EU-SILC survey

In 2021, Malta's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 1.4% compared to 2020, reaching 22,814.

Malta ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 10.1% (from 20,716 in 2016).
