Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2010, Netherlands's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 1.8% compared to 2009, reaching 67.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 70.7%.

Netherlands ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 5.2% (from 63.9% in 2005).
