Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2022, Netherlands's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.7% compared to 2021, reaching 89.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 87.4%.

Netherlands ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.9% (from 88.8% in 2017).
