Netherlands accounts for 78.8% of the EU-27 total of 16.0.

Netherlands ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 70.3% (from 7.40 in 2014).
