In 2019, Netherlands's at-risk-of poverty rate by most frequent activity status decreased by 9.8% compared to 2018, reaching 5.50.

Netherlands accounts for 60.4% of the EU-27 total of 9.10.

Netherlands ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.8% (from 5.30 in 2014).
