In 2013, Poland's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 7.4% compared to 2012, reaching 118,534.

Poland ranks 5th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.5% (from 124,066 in 2008).
