In 2014, Poland's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 9.8% compared to 2013, reaching 106,896.

Poland ranks 4th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 21.0% (from 135,383 in 2009).
