At-risk-of-poverty threshold - EU-SILC survey

In 2025, Portugal's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 15.1% compared to 2024, reaching 19,962.

Portugal ranks 22nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 34.9% (from 14,800 in 2020).
