Level of internet access - households

In 2025, Portugal's level of internet access increased by 0.5% compared to 2024, reaching 91.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 94.7%.

Portugal ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.8% (from 84.5% in 2020).
