Nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments

In 2004, Romania's nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments increased by 3.7% compared to 2003, reaching 18,500,550.

Romania ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.7% (from 17,670,000 in 1999).
