Passenger cars, by type of motor energy and size of engine

In 2008, Slovakia's passenger cars, by type of motor energy and size of engine increased by 7.7% compared to 2007, reaching 1,544,900.

Slovakia ranks 19th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.9% (from 1,356,200 in 2003).
