At-risk-of poverty rate for children (aged less than 18) by sex

In 2014, Slovakia's at-risk-of poverty rate for children (aged less than 18) by sex decreased by 5.4% compared to 2013, reaching 57.6.

Slovakia accounts for 89.7% of the EU-27 total of 64.2.

Slovakia ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.3% (from 50.4 in 2009).
