At-risk-of-poverty rate before social transfers by age group - EU-SILC survey

In 2019, Slovakia's at-risk-of-poverty rate before social transfers by age group increased by 8.5% compared to 2018, reaching 19.2.

Slovakia accounts for 78.4% of the EU-27 total of 24.5.

Slovakia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 2.0% (from 19.6 in 2014).
