Self-reported unmet need for medical care by sex

In 2014, Slovakia's self-reported unmet need for medical care by sex increased by 10.5% compared to 2013, reaching 8.40.

Slovakia accounts for 53.8% of the EU-27 total of 15.6.

Slovakia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 23.5% (from 6.80 in 2009).
