At-risk-of-poverty rate of elderly people by tenure status - EU-SILC survey

In 2019, Slovakia's at-risk-of-poverty rate of elderly people by tenure status increased by 35.9% compared to 2018, reaching 8.70.

Slovakia accounts for 54.7% of the EU-27 total of 15.9.

Slovakia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 40.3% (from 6.20 in 2014).
