At-risk-of-poverty rate of elderly people by tenure status - EU-SILC survey

In 2025, Slovakia's at-risk-of-poverty rate of elderly people by tenure status decreased by 41.6% compared to 2024, reaching 5.20.

Slovakia accounts for 32.1% of the EU-27 total of 16.2.

Slovakia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 45.3% (from 9.50 in 2020).
