Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2004, Spain's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 0.6% compared to 2003, reaching 82.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 83.2%.

Spain ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.6% (from 78.5% in 1999).
