Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2006, Spain's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 1.2% compared to 2005, reaching 83.7%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 84.0%.

Spain ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.5% (from 80.9% in 2001).
