Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2008, Spain's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 0.9% compared to 2007, reaching 83.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 84.9%.

Spain ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.8% (from 81.6% in 2003).
