Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2022, Spain's employment rates by educational attainment level increased by 1.8% compared to 2021, reaching 82.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 87.4%.

Spain ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.5% (from 80.9% in 2017).
