In 2019, Spain's at-risk-of-poverty threshold increased by 0.9% compared to 2018, reaching 19,406.

Spain ranks 15th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.9% (from 16,894 in 2014).
