In 2020, Spain's at-risk-of-poverty rate of households without dependent children by work intensity increased by 4.1% compared to 2019, reaching 50.7.

Spain accounts for 91.2% of the EU-27 total of 55.6.

Spain ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.4% (from 50.5 in 2015).
