In 2013, Sweden's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 2.1% compared to 2012, reaching 14.7%.
The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.3%.
Sweden ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.
Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.0% (from 12.9% in 2008).
