In 2020, Sweden's at-risk-of-poverty rate by age group decreased by 5.8% compared to 2019, reaching 32.2.

Sweden accounts for 96.4% of the EU-27 total of 33.4.

Sweden ranks 14th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.2% (from 32.6 in 2015).
