Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2025, the EU-27 figure for employment rates by educational attainment level was 88.1%.

That is a 0.3% rose versus 2024 (87.8%).

Over the five years before that, the EU-27 aggregate moved 3.2% higher.

Across member states, Bulgaria reported the highest value (92.3%, 2025) and Greece the lowest (82.7%, 2025).
