In 2025, the EU-27 figure for at-risk-of-poverty rate of older people by detailed age group was 16.1 .

That is a 1.8% fell versus 2024 (16.4).

Over the five years before that, the EU-27 aggregate moved 3.6% lower.

Across member states, Latvia reported the highest value (37.5, 2025) and Slovakia the lowest (6.00, 2025) — a ratio of 6.3× between the two ends of the range.
