In 2025, the EU-27 figure for at-risk-of poverty rate by most frequent activity status was 8.30 .

That is a 1.2% rose versus 2024 (8.20).

Over the five years before that, the EU-27 aggregate moved 5.7% lower.

Across member states, Bulgaria reported the highest value (11.5, 2025) and Finland the lowest (3.10, 2025) — a ratio of 3.7× between the two ends of the range.
