Population structure indicators at national level

In 2007, Austria's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.0% compared to 2006, reaching 27.5.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 27.9.

Austria ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 9.6% (from 25.1 in 2002).
