At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex

In 2005, Belgium's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 3.5% compared to 2004, reaching 14.8%.

Belgium ranks 11th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.8% (from 13.0% in 2000).
