Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2007, Belgium's main national accounts tax aggregates decreased by 0.8% compared to 2006, reaching 12.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 13.3%.

Belgium ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.6% (from 12.7% in 2002).
