Population structure indicators at national level

In 2010, Belgium's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.4% compared to 2009, reaching 28.6.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 28.8.

Belgium ranks 11th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 1.0% (from 28.9 in 2005).
