Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2009, Belgium's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 0.6% compared to 2008, reaching 84.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 84.1%.

Belgium ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.1% (from 84.1% in 2004).
