In 2021, Belgium's at-risk-of-poverty rate of households with at least one dependent child by work intensity decreased by 1.1% compared to 2020, reaching 64.5.

Belgium accounts for 92.3% of the EU-27 total of 69.9.

Belgium ranks 20th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 18.7% (from 79.3 in 2016).
