In 2025, Belgium's at-risk-of-poverty rate of households with at least one dependent child by work intensity increased by 5.2% compared to 2024, reaching 62.2.

Belgium accounts for 86.1% of the EU-27 total of 72.2.

Belgium ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 4.6% (from 65.2 in 2020).
