Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2019, Bulgaria's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 4.1% compared to 2018, reaching 15.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 13.6%.

Bulgaria ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.4% (from 14.9% in 2014).
