Population structure indicators at national level

In 1973, Bulgaria's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.4% compared to 1972, reaching 17.2.

Bulgaria ranks 20th out of 22 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.9% (from 15.1 in 1968).
