Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2014, Bulgaria's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 0.7% compared to 2013, reaching 28.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 40.9%.

Bulgaria ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 6.4% (from 26.5% in 2009).
