Population in private households by educational attainment level

In 2010, Bulgaria's population in private households by educational attainment level increased by 1.3% compared to 2009, reaching 23.3%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 24.6%.

Bulgaria ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.9% (from 21.6% in 2005).
