Nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments

In 2003, Bulgaria's nights spent at tourist accommodation establishments increased by 21.7% compared to 2002, reaching 12,521,479.

Bulgaria ranks 20th out of 26 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 45.0% (from 8,634,792 in 1998).
