At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2021, Croatia's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 1.2% compared to 2020, reaching 17.2%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 16.1%.

Croatia ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 7.5% (from 18.6% in 2016).
