Employment rates by educational attainment level

In 2009, Croatia's employment rates by educational attainment level decreased by 1.2% compared to 2008, reaching 83.1%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 84.1%.

Croatia ranks 21st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 3.7% (from 80.1% in 2004).
