Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2022, Cyprus's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 2.1% compared to 2021, reaching 9.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 13.2%.

Cyprus ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.2% (from 9.5% in 2017).
