Main national accounts tax aggregates

In 2007, Cyprus's main national accounts tax aggregates increased by 8.8% compared to 2006, reaching 17.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 13.3%.

Cyprus ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 39.5% (from 12.4% in 2002).
