In 2020, Cyprus's at-risk-of-poverty rate of households without dependent children by work intensity increased by 33.0% compared to 2019, reaching 43.1.

Cyprus accounts for 77.5% of the EU-27 total of 55.6.

Cyprus ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.7% (from 45.7 in 2015).
